2013 Best Of — Things I Cooked From the Internet

I have been wanting to write a blog for — a very long time.  The thought of getting my pictures sized correctly, my links functional, etc., kept me from moving forward.  No more!  This is my earnest attempt at blogging, photos and links (though I think they work — try them out!) be what they may.

I love the new year and especially love “top 10” summations that often come with it. (is this just me?)

I didn’t cook this, and it isn’t from the internet, but a husband as sushi chef works out nicely.

First up, what we cooked! We take our eating very seriously around here.  I genuinely love cooking (baking, the verdict is still out) And while I love finding new recipes, I love that you don’t need to strictly follow them to succeed in the kitchen.  Links included are most likely starting points to what we actually ate.  (perhaps more detailed recipes can be future posts?  Let me know what you think)
