What To Make For Dinner

This page is a work in progress.  Check back soon to see additional details.

If you are in a rush, or you need to go grocery shopping (three days ago) one of these

Are in the mood for Indian Food, Chicken Tikka Masala (substitute the cream with unsweetened yogurt if necessary) I just use grilled chicken (no marinade) and the sauce, yum.

If you need to take a meal to someone, Cafe Rio Pork. Roll it in large tortillas with rice and black beans.  Place them in a row in disposable pan and cover with cheddar cheese and green enchilada sauce.

If you are having someone over for dinner Cafe Rio Pork.  Serve it al a carte with tortillas, cheese, lettuce, tortillas, sour cream and rice and beans on the side.

You feel like cooking Chinese food at home, and have a little extra time Sweet and Sour Chicken.

You need a healthy side your kids will eat, and you can make every day, roasted broccoli.  Impossible to repeat to often.

Your family is sick, but you are feeling well enough to boil a chicken in a pot, homemade chicken noodle soup.
